Android Studio 2.3 Beta 3 发布，Bug 修复

Android Studio 2.3 Beta 3 发布了。Android Studio 2.3 Beta 3 已经完成了第一级测试，一旦构建通过所有测试，会将其发布到 Beta 频道。
