Github Atom 0.141.0 发布，此版本现已提供下载，值得关注的改进如下：
- You can now change the file’s encoding from the status bar or by using
Ctrl-Shift-U. apm installis now faster due to more aggressive caching of native libraries.- Fixed an issue where Atom would fail to launch when using a custom
resourcePathin non-dev mode. - Fixed an issue in the Settings view where disabled core packages wouldn’t be listed in the menu on the left.
- Fixed an issue with Atom not loading correctly in dev mode on Windows.
