Go 语言开发工具 LiteIDE X27.2.1 发布

LiteIDE X27.2.1发布，修复X27.2崩溃问题。

新版本主要是完成BUG修复，编辑器支持列选择模式，集成了Go的Oracle工具支持等。二进制下载增加了Qt5.4编译(Windows平台和MacOSX平台)。
